About the destination
Fields above the Adriatic
Stone houses, walls and cultivated ground give Popovići its rural Konavle setting. Below, the Konavle cliffs drop towards the Adriatic, with Pasjača beach tucked into their foot.
Along the cliff-top landscape
The Konavoske stijene educational trail starts in Popovići and runs for about four kilometres through the landscape above the cliffs. It offers a way to explore the exposed coast from the heights, alongside the agricultural land of the village.
The descent to Pasjača
A steep approach and steps lead down to Pasjača. The climb back is part of the outing: take water and sun protection, and check the condition of the path and sea before going down. The village and cliff-top trail offer a visit even if the descent is not suitable for your group.
