Start with Blue Lake

The Imotski lakes guide places Blue Lake at the town’s edge. Its water level changes markedly, and it can dry out completely, so the scene you find may differ greatly from photographs. Red Lake is another nearby karst feature, distinguished by steep red cliffs. Treat it as a separate viewing stop rather than expecting the same access as Blue Lake, and use designated viewing areas. A stay outside town calls for its own transport plan, especially when combining several dispersed sights.
