About the destination
From Hramina to the old Selo
Boats in Hramina harbour and the stone lanes of Selo reveal two sides of Murter. The town shares the island with Betina, Jezera and Tisno, whose bridge joins it to the mainland. Local families have long sailed to and farmed the Kornati islands.
St Roch above the town
Walk through the older streets towards St Roch’s church for a view across the island. Below lie the houses, harbour and cultivated land of Murter.
Ancient shore and a sandy beach
At the foot of Gradina, the archaeological park of Colentum preserves the remains of an ancient settlement beside the sea. Paths and interpretation panels trace its history. For a swim afterwards, Slanica is known for its sand and shallow water.
